Set in six acres of woodland gardens, Kincaple Lodge is a modern residence offering deluxe bed and breakfast accommodation. The house is situated in an elevated position with stunning views towards the Eden Estuary, the Old Course and St Andrews Bay. There is ample parking and a tennis court that guests are welcome to use. Above all, you will appreciate the warm Scottish welcome we afford all of our guests.

We have three luxury ensuite bedrooms: one double with bath, one double with shower, and one twin with shower. Each bedroom has colour tv, video, tea tray, hairdryer and bath robes. A large selection of videos, books and magazines are available for the use of guests.

Breakfast, chosen from our extensive menu, is served in our delightful dining room.

Prices are between £30.00 and £35.00 per person per night. Kincaple Lodge is strictly non-smoking throughout.
